What is your return policy?
We know what it’s like to change your mind! We are happy to refund your purchase of regular price and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@kindredkidandbaby.com if you need to return or would like an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Care tips for Kindred bedding?
All of our products are machine washable. We recommend cold water wash and tumble-dry low (or line dry!) for all of our products: bedlinen, crib sheets, and quilts. We also recommend mild and eco-friendly detergent. Sheets washed in hot water and dried in the dryer will experience some shrinking.
Do I need to worry about the dyes bleeding in the wash?
No! All of the dyes are already colorfast. However, because the dye is azo-free, please aware that it’s natural to expect some some fading to occur after washing. We recommend cold wash and line-dry to extend the life of your bedlinen.
Are all your products made with natural dyes?
Our quilts are made with plant dyes, and our bedlinen is printed and dyed with low-impact synthetic dyes that are nontoxic and azo-free. This is important because azo compounds in textile dyes have been banned in some parts of Europe due to the risks they pose to human health and the environment. We only offer baby and children's bedding that is free of this harmful substance to ensure their skin is protected!
Do you ship to locations outside of the U.S.?
Yes! Shipping rates are calculated at check-out, and international customers can choose between USPS or DHL Express.
When can I expect my to order arrive?
Hooray! Your order is on its way. We use USPS First Class shipping for all domestic orders, and provide our international customers with a choice of USPS First Class or DHL Express. We strive to package and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days after it is received. Domestic orders will typically arrive within 5 days after shipment to you. You will receive an email notifying you of your order shipment that contains a tracking number. If you don’t receive it, contact hello@kindredkidandbaby.com and we’ll get it straightened out! International orders may take between 2-4 weeks (sometimes sooner for packages going to Canada), though Kindred is not responsible for any customs delays.
