We happily accept returns of new and unused items with 30 days of your purchase. We accept unused items only, and require your order number to process your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Email with your order number or your confirmation email to get started with your return, and we'll send you over a shipping label. Unfortunately we cannot return gift cards or items marked as "final sale." We are happy to exchange unused item for another of your choice or provide a full refund.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that the refund can takes several days to appear on your bank or credit card.

Unfortunately, Kindred cannot cover shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item!
